Getting Started with The FunTrips!

Hi!  I'm Julie and I'm the "FunTrip" mom.  My husband and I were so passionate about traveling when we met and first got together.  Both of us had lived in other countries and seen many parts of the world.  Once we had children, we really put the brakes on our travel adventures.  Our girls are now 9 and 7 years old, and we really want to expose them to not only our country, but also to the world.  In the last couple of years, we have started traveling again.  However, traveling with kids is so different...there are many considerations that can make the trip so much more successful.  I find that trading these "tips" with other moms can be so helpful in the planning process.  It's always fun to feel like you are showing your family something unique...or to feel like you've found something others haven't.
